1. Low loss
1)Pearl adopted high quality, high magnetic orientation cold-rolled silicon steel.Using automatic core cutting line with fellmongering device to ensure the burr is less than 0.02mm.
2)Core design uses 6 step process specific joints (normally 2-5 step process joints of domestic manufacturers).
3)Iron core applies entire miter joints, ceaselesss joke, no holes no banding (with support rod and support plate for tight solid support), and no stack on the iron yoke technology.
4)The wire use High-quality oxygen-free copper covered by paper, new composite wire,transposition wire, semi-rigid and self-adhesive wire,firstly educes the resistive loss in the material
1)Constantly optimize the electromagnetic design,choosing high quality high lead magnet cold-rolled silicon steel and reasonable flux density.
2)Iron core applies entire miter joints, no stack on the iron yoke technology.
3)Apply 6 step process specific joints to make the magnetic line of force to be more flat and reduce the leak magnetic loss.
4)The Core tighten use special technology, utilize specially formulated multi-component curing adhesive core of end face.
5)Iron yoke uses plate clamps, clamps and beam form the frame structure.
6)Increase a special damping measures between the core pad feet and down tank.
7)The corrugated surface of the folded plate tank can avoide sound source irregular reflection and resonance.
8)We can keep the transformers average noice belows 52db.
