Cast resin dry type transformer, eco-friendly, high efficiency.  

  1. Low loss, low noise, low partial discharge, high reliability. Best for general users , such as hospital,  tower, hotel, etc. 
  2. Strong capability with  anti-short circuit, high anti-lightning impulse capability.
  3. HV coil is vacuum casted with epoxy resin with pressure, capabilities for better the cast without pressure. Subject to customer need, both HV and LV coil are fully vacuumed.
  4. Simulating analysis being used in the core model, the resonance can be avoided and the noise is reduced. Simulation calculation and analysis of lighting impulse wave are applied to the HV Coils; anti-lighting impulse capability is improved.

1 The transformer can be transported by train, ship, truck or plane. The vehicle should be kept clean and relatively free of dust.


2 The transformer should be secured to the vehicle. Swinging, jarring or shifting during transportation should be avoided.


3 Supplementary accessories, parts, and document are packaged separately and delivered together with the transformer.


4 Products without packages should be secured to the vehicle by binding through the holes in wheels, clamps or lifting lugs. Binding on the coils, insulators, supporting blocks or cables is strictly prohibited.


5 Angle of inclination for transportation must be less than 30o.


6 Stacking of transformers is not allowed during transportation or storage. Use wood blocks not less than 100mm high to support the transformer during transit at port or storage at destination.


Acceptance Inspection

Inspection should be carried out immediately after the transformer arrives at the site. The following items are to be checked:


1 Whether parameters on the nameplate conform to those indicated in the contract, for example: type No., rated voltage, connection symbol, impedance voltage, etc.


2 Whether documents are complete.


3 Whether assembly parts packed with transformer comply with the packing list.


4 Whether any damage or misalignment has occurred during transportation; whether any connections have become loose or cracked; whether insulation layers are damaged; whether there are any foreign objects or dirt. In addition, remove wooden spacers used for transportation, if any.


5 Re-pack the transformer after inspection unless it will be installed immediately, and store it in a safe weatherproof location to avoid damage or theft.


6 If serious damage is found on the packaging or product, inform the transportation company and insurance company immediately and protect the goods from further handling.
