Product Description

 

We offer Oil Immersed Power and Distribution Transformers. Distribution transformers for industrial application is available with primary voltages of up to 33 KV and secondary voltages ranging from 433 to 11000 V. The capacity range is up to 5000 KVA. We manufacture single phase distribution transformers, three phase distribution transformers and industrial distribution transformers.

These single phase distribution transformers and three phase distribution transformers are available with ''Tap Changer'' options as well as "Off Circuit Manually Operated" and "On Load Tap Changer" (OLTC) with AVR and RTCC panel.

 

Copper foil winding technology is used for high current sections to achieve following advantages:

 

Sustaining short circuit forces without any distortion in low voltage and high current winding

Hot spot in LV windings regulated

No transposition, stray losses are minimal. Thus total copper losses are also further reduced

Total copper losses reduced vis-a-vis standard losses. Thus heat dissipating area also reduce

 

Oil Immersed Type Transformer Description

Oil Immersed Type Transformer classification

Transformers can be divided into power transformers, test transformers, instrument transformers and special transformers for their purposes:

Power transformers are necessary equipment for power transmission and distribution and power user distribution;

Test equipment for carrying out pressure (boost) tests on electrical equipment;

The instrument transformer is used for electrical measurement and relay protection of the power distribution system (PT, CT);

Oil Immersed Type Transformer maintenance

 

The outdoor oil-immersed transformer shall be tested for insulating oil once a year, and the indoor oil-immersed transformer shall be tested for insulating oil once every two years.

Check the temperature and sound of the transformer for normality, and whether there are odors, discoloration, overheating and smoke.

Keep the surface of the porcelain bottle, casing and magnetic surface clean and observe whether there is crack damage or discharge.

The oil level of the oil-immersed transformer should be in accordance with the standard, the color is normal, and there is no oil leakage.

Whether the junction of the transformer high, low voltage and grounding is in good contact and there is no discoloration.
