Features & Advantages
To precisely calculate resonance frequency and intensity and avoid cavity resonance generated by the core structure during operation, simulation analysis is carried out for core mould design. Flexible connections are made between core and coils, core and bogie. With these measures adopted, the noise level is reduced by 10~15dB compared with the international standard.
During the HV winding design, rational structure is adopted to improve the electric distribution. With the lighting impulse wave simulation calculation and analysis being carried out with special auxiliary software, product's anti-lightning impulse capacity is greatly improved.
Maintenance and Repair
To ensure the reliable operation of the equipment, please carry out regular inspection and
maintenance for the equipment.
Generally, if the equipment is installed in dry and clean environment, please inspect the
equipment each year. If the equipment is installed in a high-pollution environment, such
as environment full of dust or chemical fogs, please inspect the equipment each 3 to 6
During inspection, if too much dust is found accumulated on the equipment, please
clean these dust in time, thus to ensure good ventilation and avoid voltage break-through.
Special attentions should be paid to the inspection of the transformer’s insulator,
insulation padding block, tope and bottom. Use compressed dry air to blow out all dust
within the air passage.
Check the fastening components to ensure there are no loosing parts. Check the
components and sub-assembly to ensure there is no rust and corrosion. Check whether
there is creepage or carbonization trace on the insulation surface. If necessary, proper
measures must be adopted.
