3. Strong overload capacity and long service life
1). We strictly control the design of the top oil temperature and winding temperature rise, 5-7K under the normal standard of IEC.
2). Using the principle of twists and turns driven oil, set oil block circle within the winding.
4. Anti-leaking measures
1). Transformer tank has got flat roof, we purchase wide steel plate, to ensure that no patchwork).
2). Take 0.1Mpa plus pressure leak testing and 133Pa vacuum test on the fuel tank to check for fuel tank
leakage and strength assessment, to ensure adequate strength and non-leaking tank.
3). Vacuum valve, the valve body flange pre-installed on the transformer and without force.
