The product described in this manual is the High-voltage/Low-voltage pre-fabricated substation.
This manual is for supporting the installation and operation of the High-voltage/Low-voltage pre-fabricated substation with rated AC voltage of 3~35kV, rated power of 30~2000kVA and rated frequency of 50Hz in indoor or outdoor environment.
Note: When the product is used for indoor application, please select and integrate the dry-type transformer or high-ignition point oil transformer.
2. Functions and Advantages:
After installation and before being put into service, the equipment must be inspected.
The special earthing terminal of the equipment must be connected to the permanent earthing point on the installation base. The copper earthing woven belt of the HV cables and lightning arrester must be connected reliably to the system earthing terminal wiin the chamber. Each door must be reliably earthed. Check other components and sub-assemblies to ensure their respective sound earthlings.
Check whether the surface within the chamber and of each component to ensure they are clean, dry and free of foreign substance. Check the connection conditions of each master circuit, auxiliary circuit and earthing circuit and ensure the connections are firm. Check whether the fixing bolts and screws of each device and sub-assembly within the chamber (including the transformer and HV/LV chamber) are loosing.
Check to ensure the flexibility, reliability and accuracy of each operating mechanism and switch. Check each interlocking device to ensure their operation reliability. With reference to their individual instruction manuals, check the temperature control, temperature display device, cooling fans, condensation control device and etc (if equipped on the equipment).
Check the electric settings of each auxiliary circuit and control circuit. Check the transformation ratio and polarity of each apparatus and current transformer. Ensure there is no obvious abnormality in all components and sub-assembly. User can, on the basis of the actual application requirements, make corresponding settings to the adjustable settings within the LV chamber.
Ø Make settings for the protective relay devices on the basis of the load requirements.
Ø Make settings for the reactive compensator on the basis of the compensation requirement.
Ø Make settings for the temperature control according to the ambient temperature.
Ø Make settings for the temperature control according to the ambient humidity.

If any abnormality is found during the inspection, please solve these problems before putting the equipment into service. In necessary, please contact manufacturer for technical consultation.
