The core is manufactured with high quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, and 45° mitring and steps overlapping structure is used for core production, enable the effectiveness of reducing no-load loss and no-load current.
HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper conductor, adopting optimized structure to improve electric distribution. Lightning impulse wave process is carried out for calculation and analysis, thus to improve transformer's anti-lightning impulse capability.
LV winding is manufactured with high quality foil conductor, so the ampere-turn balance is excellent and the transverse magnetic flux leakage is low. The anti-short circuit capability is thus greatly improved. Oil conduit is rationally designed in the windings to increase winding's heat dispersion surface, effectively reduce temperature and improve transformer's overload capability.

After the mechnical and electrical checking ,the transformer can be electrified.
1, First is no-load running
2, Change the switch to the appropriate position which has max-number of turns according to the nameplate and tapping indication plate (and theat is max-voltage), and then five times erupting switching on is possible. In this process the on-load tap-changer can be operated, so check the variety of the secondary voltage. If that is no problem, transformer can work on the normal position.
3, Pay attention to the request of parallel operation, when the transformer is parallel running, such as the voltage ratio, vector group and impedance.
4, then load.
5, According to the following instruction adjust the tap-changer (high/low running).
6, Check the voltage of LV side.
Switch the taps to the appropriate position, if the voltage is not according between the nameplate and tapping indication plate. When the voltage of LV side is higher, operate the electrical structure to descrease the voltage, until the voltage corresponds to rated voltage on the nameplate. And if the voltage of LV side is lower, operate the electrical structure to increase the voltage, until the voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the nameplate.
Transformer running on rated mode.
a) the temperature rising of top oil is 55k. The temperature rising of windings is 65k. Although the temperature of top oil will not exceed 95℃, but considering to delay the aging of the insulation, the temperature of the top oil should keep lower than 85℃.
b) The voltage may be a little higher than rated voltage when transformer runs, but it can not be higher more than 5%, being applicable to every tap. In this way, the output current of secondary side may equal to rated current.
c) when air natural circulation transformer is at 66.7% of full load, you can shut down the fans.
