Product Advantages


Core:


The core is manufactured with high quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, and 45° mitring and steps overlapping structure is used for core production, enable the effectiveness of reducing no-load loss and no-load current.

HV winding:


HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper conductor, adopting optimized structure to improve electric distribution. Lightning impulse wave process is carried out for calculation and analysis, thus to improve transformer's anti-lightning impulse capability.

LVwinding:


LV winding is manufactured with high quality foil conductor, so the ampere-turn balance is excellent and the transverse magnetic flux leakage is low. The anti-short circuit capability is thus greatly improved. Oil conduit is rationally designed in the windings to increase winding's heat dispersion surface, effectively reduce temperature and improve transformer's overload capability.

Insulation Structure:


The transformer adopts class-A insulation. The HV and LV windings are arranged in concentric way. Between the windings are oil-clapboard insulation structure built with paper cylinder and small oil conduit.

Tank:


The tank conservator tank type with radiator fins.

Prepare to electrify

Do electrical and mechanical inspections as follows before electrifying:

 Mechanical inspection

  • Remove the dust and dirt
  • General fastening inspection.
  • Check all sealed cap or panels interface whether they are equipped with sealing gaskets.
  • Check valves’ situation.
  • check the fastening situation of the disassembly, such as:
    -- Bracket for wheels
    -- Oil conservator, high-voltage terminal block, etc.
    -- Radiator
    -- Radiator bracket
    -- Screw thread fasteners of pipeline
    -- The nameplate.
  • Check whether the lacquer is shed (hook, etc.)
  • Upper and lower butterfly valve on radiator must be opened.

Exhaust air in transformer again

 

 

Electrical inspection

  • Bushing
    -- Check whether the phase sequence connections of bushing are correct
    -- Check whether the electrical connection of the bushing is good.
  • Grounding
    -- Check whether the grounding of tanks is good.
  • Ground-polarity connection
    Check whether the electrical connection is good.
    -- Between tanks and tank cover
    -- Between tanks and oil conservator
    -- Between tanks and electric structure
    -- Between tanks and the terminal box of the protector
    -- Between cover and ascending base of bushing
    -- Between cover and on-load tap-changing switch
    -- Between oil conservator and the flat of clean hole
    -- Between cover and high-voltage terminal
  • on-load tap-changing switch with electric structure
    Inspect on-load switch and electric structure according to the instruction manual. Operate electric handle from one utmost position to another for several times.
