Product Advantages


Core:


The core is manufactured with high quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, and 45° mitring and steps overlapping structure is used for core production, enable the effectiveness of reducing no-load loss and no-load current.

HV winding:


HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper conductor, adopting optimized structure to improve electric distribution. Lightning impulse wave process is carried out for calculation and analysis, thus to improve transformer's anti-lightning impulse capability.

LVwinding:


LV winding is manufactured with high quality foil conductor, so the ampere-turn balance is excellent and the transverse magnetic flux leakage is low. The anti-short circuit capability is thus greatly improved. Oil conduit is rationally designed in the windings to increase winding's heat dispersion surface, effectively reduce temperature and improve transformer's overload capability.

Insulation Structure:


The transformer adopts class-A insulation. The HV and LV windings are arranged in concentric way. Between the windings are oil-clapboard insulation structure built with paper cylinder and small oil conduit.

Tank:


The tank conservator tank type with radiator fins.

Fill oil to the main body

 

After inspecting and filling oil conservator as prescribe until the oil surface is on the normal oil level, close the connected pipe valves between oil conservator and tanks, fill oil in hydraulic pipe until the oil surface is over 1.5m above the cover, then do the oil sealing pressure check after assembly, the test time shall not be less than three hours.

 

Test (transformer should be done with the following tests after the installation)

  • Measure windings’ insulated resistance and absorption ratio.
  • Measure the leakage current of the windings together with bushings.
  • Measure the dielectric loss ratio of the windings together with bushings.
  • Measure the dielectric loss ratio of non-pure-porcelain bushings.
  • Measure the insulation resistance of the core lead-out line to ground.
  • Measure the DC resistance of the windings together with bushings.
  • Measure the voltage ratio of every tap of windings and vector groups.
  • Do the test of insulate oil in the tank and chromatographic analysis of the dissolved gas in the oil.
  • Measure no-load current and no-load loss of the transformer under rated voltage. (When condition permits)
  • AC voltage withstanding test of the transformer. (When condition permits)
  • Oil pressure test for tightness of the radiators and tanks after assembly.
  • The wind device test.
