The core is manufactured with high quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, and 45° mitring and steps overlapping structure is used for core production, enable the effectiveness of reducing no-load loss and no-load current.
HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper conductor, adopting optimized structure to improve electric distribution. Lightning impulse wave process is carried out for calculation and analysis, thus to improve transformer's anti-lightning impulse capability.
LV winding is manufactured with high quality foil conductor, so the ampere-turn balance is excellent and the transverse magnetic flux leakage is low. The anti-short circuit capability is thus greatly improved. Oil conduit is rationally designed in the windings to increase winding's heat dispersion surface, effectively reduce temperature and improve transformer's overload capability.

According to “Bushing Installation & Instruction Manual”!
Unpack the bushing, do cleaning to remove the scraps from packaging.
Remove bushing panels and install the bushing following the instruction.
b) Install the test pipe for hydraulic seal. According to the needs of test, pre-install a 2-meter high hydraulic tube on teh cover, in order to make the final hydraulic seal test.
c) Protector connection.
Fill oil to the main body
After the installation of the transformer’s accessories, it needs oil filling. First open the lower valve of the radiator when fill the tanks, and the radiators are gradually filled with oil at the same time. When the radiators are full of oil, in order to exhaust the air at the tope completely, it needs to open the upper air plug to exhaust the air.
The action must be quick, lightly open the oil plug and closed it and spin tightly as soon as the oil begins to spill. Then open the upper valve of the radiator. When the oil is full, use the above-mentioned method to open deflate plug at the top of the bushing, ascending base, observing windows and other places one by one, deflate air and then close them.
