The core is manufactured with high quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, and 45° mitring and steps overlapping structure is used for core production, enable the effectiveness of reducing no-load loss and no-load current.
HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper conductor, adopting optimized structure to improve electric distribution. Lightning impulse wave process is carried out for calculation and analysis, thus to improve transformer's anti-lightning impulse capability.
LV winding is manufactured with high quality foil conductor, so the ampere-turn balance is excellent and the transverse magnetic flux leakage is low. The anti-short circuit capability is thus greatly improved. Oil conduit is rationally designed in the windings to increase winding's heat dispersion surface, effectively reduce temperature and improve transformer's overload capability.

a) Cooling device
l According to the dimension marked on the overall dimensions drawing to find out radiators, and unpack it. If the radiators are dirty inside, it must be flushed by clean transformer oil.
l Removed radiator panels and the butterfly valve panels.
l Installed the radiator on the corresponding butterfly valve.
l Open all the upper and lower butterfly valves. (If there are oil in the tanks, open the lower butterfly valve first, and pull out the deflated plug of the upper radiator at the same time, exhaust the air, and then open the upper valve).
l Installed strengthening iron for radiators.
b) Oil conservator
l Install the oil conservator bracket.
l Install the oil conservator.
l Inspect pipelines, gas relays, protect relays for on-load switch, etc. and clean them.
l Install the pipes and relays between oil conservators and tanks, oil conservators and on-load switch.
l Check valves and protector, make sure they are installed on the proper position.
