The core is manufactured with high quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, and 45° mitring and steps overlapping structure is used for core production, enable the effectiveness of reducing no-load loss and no-load current.
HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper conductor, adopting optimized structure to improve electric distribution. Lightning impulse wave process is carried out for calculation and analysis, thus to improve transformer's anti-lightning impulse capability.
LV winding is manufactured with high quality foil conductor, so the ampere-turn balance is excellent and the transverse magnetic flux leakage is low. The anti-short circuit capability is thus greatly improved. Oil conduit is rationally designed in the windings to increase winding's heat dispersion surface, effectively reduce temperature and improve transformer's overload capability.

After the transformer is transported to the scene, not installing due to various reasons, follow the steps mentioned in the below according to the following two cases:
Storage for no more than 3 months
Generally, should be placed in protected places (such as inside the walls or defended place, etc.), and all the components of the transformer should be kept properly to prevent from damaging or losing, and it is necessary to take apes to prevent damp corrosion. Create conditions to uncrafting and custody, put all the accessories indoor, and lay boards in order to make the accessories placed on 30 cm above the ground.
Transformer should be placed on the basis. Otherwise, it should be ensured that the ground can load for a long time, and add under the bottom some beams if necessary.
Generally, transformers are suitable for outdoor storage. Go without saying, the best place to store is in a well-ventilated indoor place, if conditions permit.
Tank and disassembled parts should be stored in clean, dry and well-ventilated place.
Electrify the heating elements of switch operating devices.

For transformers filled with nitrogen gas, it is required to exhaust nitrogen gas first (pay attention to safety when exhaust nitrogen gas), to the vacuum of less than -50kpa and injection qualified transformer oil after maintaining four hours.
